Dr. Adrian Luis de la Torre

Dr. Adrian Luis de la Torre has had a unique and interesting medical career. Graduating with an MD from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, in 1981, Dr. de la Torre is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and has worked at numerous Emergency Departments throughout California, ranging from Level 1 Trauma Centers to small Critical Access Hospitals.

Dr. de la Torre has extensive experience with billing and coding technologies that dates back to the early 90’s. He was the founding director of MedSoft, Inc., a coding software package that maximized profits from patient encounters. Although still a practicing physician, he is intimately involved in software solutions that streamline through-put and enhance profitability in the Outpatient setting

Dr. David Devlin

Dr.  David Devlin has had a diverse career, working as Doctor of Podiatric Medicine since 1988 and as a practicing attorney since 2001.  As a physician, Dr. Devlin focused on general podiatric medicine, reconstructive surgery, sports medicine and biomechanics.  He is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine.

Dr. Devlin added to his wealth of knowledge by pursuing a degree in law, which he received in 2001, after graduating in the top 15% of his class at Loyola Law School.  As a practicing attorney, he dedicated much of his time working on patent prosecution in medical device cases including invasive and non-invasive therapies, writing opinion letters in medical instrument patent validity; and more recently, representing families and children in dependency cases.

In addition to his exciting careers in both medicine and law, Dr. Devlin received a Master of Science in Education from the University of Southern California in 1989.  He went on to teach medical science at The Nova Institute in Los Angeles for several years.

Furthermore, Dr. Devlin has become well-known for the charitable contribution of his medical skills and concern for those in need.  During post-hurricane Katrina, he worked with the Red Cross, Salvation Army and assorted church groups, as well as providing individual support for the hurricane victims in Louisiana.  Dr. Devlin provided basic and mid-level first aid including casting, suturing, wound care and repair, general medicine and other services.  He also worked with the Los Angeles Free Clinic, providing general podiatric medicine and minor surgery.
